Synthesis of carbon materials, theoretical and practical aspects of their application and study of porous structure. Application of activated carbons in electrochemical devices, including supercapacitors, fuel cells, batteries, accumulators, and for catalysis. Expertize of polymers and wood study using DSC, TG/DTG, EPR spectroscopy, pyrolysis, calorimetry, etc.
