The forest sector’s annual award “Golden Pine Cone 2025” in the category “Lifetime Achievement” has been presented to our long-standing colleague, senior researcher Dr. chem. Juris Zoldners.
At 90 years of age, Juris continues to work actively in the Cellulose Laboratory, contributing significantly to wood chemistry research and to passing on knowledge to the next generation of scientists.
