4Sir2

Project Description

The 4Sir2 project is developing a functional beverage for overweight children using grape or apple juice enriched with resveratrol and polyphenols derived from grape-processing by-products. These compounds activate sirtuin genes, which help combat obesity. The project aims to promote healthy nutrition and prevent childhood obesity while introducing sustainable solutions in the grape-processing sector. The 4Sir2 smoothie will be a natural, tasty, and environmentally friendly support for a healthy lifestyle.
