0n 23.11.2021. Latvian State institute of Wood chemistry represented by reseacher Dr. chem. Laura Andže took a place at the first meeting (kick of meeting) of the project CELISE (Sustainable production of Cellulose-based products and additives to be used in SMEs and rural areas).
During the meeting, the project partners presented information about their institutions, research areas and competencies. Afterwards, the leaders of work package, including Laura Andže as the leader of WP1, informed about the project activities, tasks, results to be achieved and deliverables. The administrative conditions of the project were discussed.
The CELISE project creates multinational cooperation and knowledge-exchange between European research and innovation centers, industry and research groups in Latin America.
The project is funded by the European Commission's Framework programme Horizon 2020 research and innovation program MSCA-RISE.
