The Student Council unites students working at the institute, doctoral candidates and young scientists one year after obtaining a doctoral degree with the aim to interest students working at the Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry in the scientific, academic and cultural life of the institute, as well as form a common voice and position on various issues.
